Is it possible to have an header second menu for WPML language switcher some where ? or any other advice ?

Hi,

For that, you would have to create a new menu with a language switcher, assign it as a Social menu top, and activate the Action Bar in the Theme options.

The Action Bar was not activated on your website (look at the first screenshot I have sent).

Also, the language switcher was not assigned to the language switcher menu in Appearance -> Menus.

I have done these things, on your website, and the switcher is visible on the top right corner.

Hello, as I wrote "I turn it off" after I see this black line. How to have this black menu line transparent ?

Please, use the following CSS code:

#Action_bar{
   background-color: transparent!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
