Cannot install pre-built website on locally installed theme

I have betheme installed locally via MAMP. I tried several times to install a new pre-built site with no success. I keep getting error and only partially installed pages and images. I even completely removed mamp from my computer and did a totally fresh reinstall of wordpress and betheme with no plugins. These are the errors I am getting.

It is the same for all the pre-built sites I've tried.

Ensure that you have set the limits correctly. Especially pay attention to the max execution time.
