In the left wrap, put two columns, with the margin set to zero and a button added via shortcode.
In the section options, set the Stretch option in the Positioning tab.
And in the wrap on the right, you can put regular elements. If you want to center them in the middle, open the wrap options, and set that in the Positioning tab.
