bebuilder loop pages in wordpress never ends

Good day, since friday, August 29th in all the websites that we have built 8 licences with Be theme we are experiencing problems in the wordpress pages, where the editor is located.

The pages enter a load loop and never finish loading, the problem is serious because our 8 clients urgently request to update content.

I need a serious answer to what is happening.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Also, please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
