Change footer widget order on mobile

Hi there,

Is there a simple way to display footer widgets in a different order on mobile? Perhaps footer builder is the only solution, but I wanted to check.

· Laptop: 1, 2, 3

· Mobile: 2, 1, 3

The only option to achieve that is to use the Footer builder.
