background with outer png image

i want to have an element like this page. that the png image like this girl out of the box. ihave imported this page to Bebuilder . but it was not shown because all of the files was not imported by this feature. please help me how to that step by step.

also i dont know how to curve the element that other elements dont changed. i used border-radius: 20px; for the one-wrap but all elements curved. iwant to curve only one element at a page.
