How to remove Subheader space

I found how to remove subheader space on your site here: https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-remove-empty-space-in-header/

But the minimalist option does not appear in the theme options - header and subheader - header section.

Is the option moved somewhere else ?

I tried to click the "hide subheader" checkbox in the theme options - header and subheader - subheader section but it did not work.
