Theme is not updating

Each time I update my theme, I can see them in the builder, but they are not populating on the page. I figured it was an issue with the PHP, so I contacted my host, and they updated the required numbers. The update is showing on their end but not in BeTheme. I've tried to clear the cache and update, but the issue is still there.
