The space between content and footer

Hello,

I am trying to remove the space between my last block and the footer, I tried using margins on the last block but it never closes the last gap.

Also is there a way to set the height of the footer, I am using the widget to create the footer but I can't seem to find a way to control the size, and margins between H and p, you can see in my footer the space between the location and address is a bit large.
