When I click Start creating, nothing happens
When I try to add a new element, nothing happens, in some instances it only works when I switch to Edit with BeBuilder

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
