BeBuilder Critical Issue & Pages Won't Update
Hi there,
Firstly in the visual composer, I am trying to add text to a page and save & update it. As soon as I refresh my page the text I added or changed disappears/reverts to before. So it also doesn't change on the front end. I host with Cloudways and they have increased all the memory limits and we've tried switching off the Breeze caching and Cloudflare, and nothing changes.
Furthermore, we also deactivated all the plugins and tried again to add text and it still won't save, both in the visual and text editors.
Finally, if we click on "Edit with BeBuilder" we get the message - "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists. (If you want to get into Visual Composer, leave this plugin turned on only)
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hi there. Apologies for the late reply. I have done all of this and it didn't make a difference. Very interestingly though, if I make a staging copy of my website I can update the website page giving the issue https://www.tailormadeafrica.com/reviews
I then push the changes to the "live" website and it works.
I am still getting the errors below. Can you perhaps let me know what else could be the issue?

What version of PHP do you have?
Is your Betheme up to date?

The solution has been found. It seemed to be a rule in Cloudflare blocking the saving of the page to the database. It has now been sorted out. Thanks so much for your assistance.
