How to Center a Sub-Menu below the main menu

One of the items on the main menu is a kind of long title ("Understanding Reproductive Aging"), so when you hover to get the drop-down menu, the sub-menu is positioned on the left. Is there a way to change the width of the submenu so it spans across the entire space under "understanding reproductive aging" or at least center it below the main title item?

I've read through some previous forum ticket for similar issues, and tried using some of the suggested CSS, but it is not working.
