Action Bar - Menu in Social Menu Top - Subitems Not Appearing

Hello,

I have my main primary menu with sub-items in it. In addition, I have another menu in my action bar. However, the subitems in that menu are not displaying when you hover over the parent item.

I have another website that I am using the "Groovy Menu" plugin for, and it can accommodate two menus with sub-menus in both. However, I am trying not to have to use a third party plugin again on this site.
