I see the option for the gallery of the post to make the image grayscale. But I like to use the same effect for related posts.

Please, try the following CSS code:

.section-related-adjustment img{
	filter: grayscale(100%);
	
}
.section-related-adjustment .image_wrapper:hover img{
	transition: all .3s ease-in-out;
	filter: none!important;
}
