Revolution slider + Subheader together on page

I want add Revolution slider above subheader (title + breadcrumbs) for pages.

But when I add revolution slider, subheader disapear. I have checked Subheader SHOW option, but this not helps.

How to solve this?

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and check the option Show subheader on pages with Slider.
