pre-build website import not working

Hello,

I am trying to import a pre-made page. Unfortunately it always loads at "content" and it doesn't go any further. 

I can't see any error message why it doesn't go on.

You have low max input vars and max input time values.

Please, contact your hosting provider to increase these values to recommended ones, and check if the problem persists.

Hi,

I already called with my hosting provider several times. It looks like the adjustments are not accepted by the theme.

When you visit https://cosyflair.com/phpinfo.php it says that the max_execution_time is 60.

System status in Betheme says 30...

Is there a possiblity to reset the status or something?

Please, create a file as you did with the PHPINFO (you can name it test.php), and in this file put the following code:

echo ini_get( 'max_input_vars' ) . "\n";
echo ini_get('max_execution_time') . "\n";
echo ini_get('max_input_time) . "\n";
?>

After that, open your FTP, go to the Betheme catalog (wp-content/themes/betheme), and put this file there. When you do it, please, let me know and send the link to this file.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

It is still not working, so what shpuld I do? The Values are correct, but the theme says, they are too low...

I had the same issue and i fixed it.

I had to :

1. increase PHP Time Limit and PHP Max Input Vars (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5gRBTxyqNc)
2. Install and activate ZipArchive (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVotpCOR5-Q)

I'm using Wordpress hosting from easywp.com. Does it mean that I can't use betheme on such hosting platform?

geomatani, you gave me the incentive how to fix the problem, thank you so much!

I noticed that I have to edit the php.ini in the wp-admin-folder and not in the general wp-folder.

The theme accepted it immediately and it works now! Thanks again!!!

I received a private message, but with no information as to who it belongs, but I assume it is yours.

I noticed that the pages are imported, but none were selected as a Home page in Settings -> Reading, so I assigned it.

Also, the slider was missing, so I imported it, and the demo is complete now.

Can you check it, please?
