Importing Demo problem

I have problem in importing demos , it's doesn't import as it should be .

I saw on Youtube that I should contact you for help .

Does the import hangs, or it shows some error message?

Some Pages are missing and a lot of products too , I tried many demos and I see the same problem in all of them .

I have compared your website with the demo, and I do not see any products or pages missing.

I only noticed that the Slider is missing, but you can import the Slider only. Check the following video tutorial about it:

Can you also tell me what exactly is missing, please?

Do you have the Slider Revolution plugin installed and active?

The problem is in The Slider Revolution Plugin , I can't install it , I couldn't find it in plugins and when I try to install it from BeTheme Plugin it doesn't work !!!!

I will give you access to my WordPress dashboard , I hope you can solve this problem soon .
