What is the name of the setting to change the color of the BG to the widget links ?

Hi,

This color can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content.

However, if you want to change the color of this particular element, you would have to write a custom CSS code, and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
