Flash of unstyled CSS
For my own privacy I'll link to a couple of your own demo websites which are facing the same issue:
The issue is there is a clear flash of unstyled CSS (FOUC), this is most noticeable with the footer links changing colours, please see gif: https://ibb.co/VHMwXf1 Happens on Firefox and Chrome, all browser addons disabled. This isn't acceptable; any navigation through a menu causes flashes of white, followed by website content rapidly moving around the screen to the correct position - this doesn't make your website look at all professional, and at this time I am unable to use BeTheme due to this overbearing issue.
Give it a try, go to the demo websites linked above, refresh a few times and you'll see it. The same issue is affecting my website; whether using Betheme Builder or Elementor, changing Litespeed settings (and even disabling entirely), enabling and disabling Betheme performance options, nothing helps. How can this be fixed? Many thanks.

Hi,
Did you try the option Builder local styles: Inline in header, from Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance?
If yes and it did not help you at all, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

The option from the performance tab about the local styles for pages but not for templates.
You are using a Footer template, which is why you see it there.
However, it is only the Footer, which is at the bottom of the site, so it does not have a significant influence (if it has any) on CLS because people rather do not refresh the page at the bottom.
Instead of using the Footer created with a template, you can try to use the regular one made with widgets.
