Do you mean "Modelle" menu item, and "Immobilienverrentung"?
If yes, please, try the following CSS code:
#Top_bar .menu li ul li{ width: 250px!important; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
