Also wondering how to change the action button on the menu to a linkedin link/ button?
1) It does not show me as big a space as you have.
However, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo, and reduce the padding.
2) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras, and there you will be able to change that.
