Hi!

I want a live chat app on my website and I heard Tidio is the best (free version). I installed everything correctly and even tried inserting PHP code and the widget doesn't show. I disabled all plugins that could block the widget from showing but it is still not showing.

Do you think Betheme could be blocking the widget somehow?

Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom codes, so, unfortunately, we cannot help you.
