Disabled Under Construction option still shows Coming Soon page

BEtheme>Theme Options>Pages>Under construction> Disabled. Site still showing custom Betheme counter Coming Soon page. Have cleared all browser cache from 3 broswers (chrome, mozilla, opera) and even tried private windows. All plugins deactivated. Still showing Coming Soon splash. Please Help.

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Please, also ensure that you do not have any caching tools enabled on your server, and if they are active, disable them.
