i cant find my templates

I wanted to install the theme and cannot find the following templates:

 https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel5/

and

https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/travel2/

Where can I set these two templates?

You can install these demos through Betheme -> Pre-built websites.

Please, check the following video tutorial:

The design of our panel changed, but the basis of use is the same.
