There's no padding in the settings, tried adjusting the background settings too?

There is a large gap beneath the text and image for that and some of the other sections that I can't find how to reduce
I can see that you are using Offset to move your images up.
When you are using an Offset it moves the block up but leaves the space below it. For your construction, I suggest using a negative margin instead.
