My site is down after Registering

My site https://neighborhoodnerds.com is down

We have been using BeTheme for about a year. The last few days it's been fussing that we haven't registered. I'm assuming the developer used a temp key for our site and has used it elsewhere.

So, I went to themeforest and purchased another license. I then tried to register through our WordPress admin panel. I deregistered and then entered our purchase code as instructed. The site went offline and is still offline. I'm not sure what to do. I can't get in touch with anyone for support.

Any help would be geatly appreciated.

About the license key registration, please send us WordPress dashboard access and your key privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason (you need to be logged into your account on Envato).
