Honestly I don't know which paragraph.

In Poland we have new directive that all website for government insitutions should have website which are comply to WCAG 2.0 especially website should be friendly for blind and old people.

They recomend to check with that http://achecker.ca/checker/index.php or http://validator.w3.org/

I've tested your demo page and it found a few errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/congress/&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0

Did you checked what "errors" this tool shows or you just seen the red color and you ask? Because if you will check them, you will know these are not errors. This tool is not able to recognize some characters properly and that's why says these are errors. This tool is not perfect and do mistakes really often.
