Can't upload any theme or even start from scratch????

Hi,

I just purchased the theme, but I can't even use it, when I choose a pre-build them, it stuck at content, so I tried to make the font from scratch, but with this option, I always get "Ooops... Error 404 We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist."

Could you please assist me with this, this is URGENT!!
