Footer visible in the header

Hello,

I don't understand when I charge a page there is the top of the footer quickly displayed above my header. When I scroll up the header I can see the footer as well.

I tried to desactivate many plugins but it does not look like it changes anything.

Can you help me please ?

I am using chrome and safari and can replicate on both browser

Please, edit your Header, and set the Section background to white, and check if the problem persists.

Do you have any cache enabled on your server? Because I disabled the plugins and any of the changes (even removing logo) does not appear.
