Shop and Single product template not working
Hi,
I am trying to create a custom shop page template and a single product template, however, it is not working at all. The shop template's BeBuilder is not working, and when creating a single product template, there is 404 error.
I have previously imported prebuilt website (business 6), and then installed WooCommerce. The website is staging.agroglobe.rs.
Is it possible anyway to create custom shop templates on this prebuilt demo?

Do you have the main shop page set in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products?
If not, please, set it up, and check if the problem persists.

I have sent it, thanks. Also, I have a similar problem on another site (Whiskey 2 prebuilt shop). When editing the prebuilt shop template, I tried to rearrange the Price and Description order. Now its loading products anymore.
Should I also send you dashboard access thru the contact form?
We need to investigate deeper this problem more, and we will need your FTP access.

You can also attach dashboard credentials and FTP to your other site.

I have sent FTP access. We are not using Cloudflare.
The issue with the other website is solved for now - the problem started when I changed the product category name. I created a new shop template, and now it works.

The FTP you have sent leads to an empty catalog.
Can you check that, and send the correct FTP credentials again?

There was a wrong path, but now it's okay, I checked the FTP. The credentials are the same.

The root cause was the permalink structure (Settings -> Permalinks).
It cannot be set to Plain. When changed to any other, the problem is gone.
