Page freezes when editing theme

Hi there,

I have recently installed both BeTheme and BeTheme Child and have had the same issue with both versions.

I have selected a pre-built website but whenever I try to edit any of the pages, my browser freezes. I have tried deactivating plugins as Wordpress Support suggested but still having the same issue. I have tried using a range of different pre-built sites but they all freeze.

The only instance where I could actually build my site was when I opted to start from scratch. What is the best way to solve this?
