Error when reaching site settings

Getting this error when reaching site settings, idk much about the backend stuff so not sure what to do.

"An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations."

Please, turn off all of the plugins except the ones required for that demo, and try again.

If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
