Post Archive Pages issue

Hello,

We have encountered an issue with BeTheme on the website https://dev.cosmopharm.eu/. The post archive pages do not work. For example the blog page https://dev.cosmopharm.eu/sfatul-specialistului/ or the category page https://dev.cosmopharm.eu/sfatul-specialistului/category/articole/.

Both of them have issues displaying the content. We have imported Default Store 2, using BeBuilder. We have tried disabling all plugins to no avail. The rest of the website works fine. Even Woocommere archive pages work as intended.

What could be causing the issue?

Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to look at the logs. If they notice any errors, please, share them with us.

Additionally, you can also send us your FTP access through the contact form like you sent dashboard access. Remember to attach a link to this forum discussion.

Did you contact your hosting provider? Did they check the server logs?

We have increased both server and WordPress memory limit but it did not fix the issue. However, the two are not related as we have been importing large quantities of data recently.

When you open the website source (CTRL + U), you will notice that at the bottom of it, there is still this message.

Please, contact your hosting provider again, and report to them that it is still not increased.

Please take a look to the attached image.

We found the conflict - Is a problem if menu "categories & tags" is selected.

Now is working with setting:

Theme Options -> Date - chosen

Sorry, but I do not understand what you refer to.

This option is to hide/show post information, and it is working correctly, as you set it up to show only the date.

Can you explain that in more detail, please?
