Impossible to edit Template

Hi, I can no longer manage the Footer-Full template I created and edit until today (see screeshot 1.jpg and 2.jpg).

I think this happens after the last update of the theme.

Now with BeBuilder any element I try to modify appears only in the left the T Column > see screenshot 3.jpg with my note in red.

I have the exact same problem again, once again I think it is occurring after the updates of wordpress, theme and plugins.

Is there a definitive solution?

Can you explain to me what was the intervention you carried out so that I could try to act independently?

The problem is as per previous ticket:

There was a sign ` or ' in your GDPR which was causing this issue. After we removed it, the problem was gone.

However, when we re-added it, it did not break the template edit again. If this will happen again, please, let us know because it might be another sign which causes this issue when you add it.
