When I try create a template I just get "ooops... Error 404"
How do I fix this?

If your website has an SSL certificate, please, go to Settings -> General, and ensure that WP and Site Address is set to HTTPS.
Also, please, go to Settings -> Permalinks, and if you Plain selected, choose any other structure.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply
the site was already set to https and permalinks were set to ''post name" but after a quick change to "custom" and back to ''post name" it came back.
