Header carosel

Hello i am new here thanks in advance for any help possible

I have the blog theme #4 installed which i would like to change the top carosel header ?

I have little experience is it possible to change the carosel in the blog or is it part of the structure

of the theme i have been trying for two days now to find it, i have firefox up to date and windows 10 on an old system using a wordpress plan thank you if you can help to solve this condition
