Ajax Add to Cart WooCommerce / checkout page problem

1. After adding a product to cart, the side cart will open and take 10 seconds before it populates what was added to the cart - causing the customer to look at an empty cart for 10+ seconds
2. When on the checkout page if you click the cart icon in the header the page will no longer scroll but the cart does not open.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins (leave woocommerce turned on only), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
