How to add more prebuilt sections into the footer?

Hello, I want to add one of the prebuilt CTA templates on top of the footer, but I can't access it while editing the footer. How can I import this?

    What do you mean by "I can't access it while editing the footer", can you explain it greater, with some screenshots if possible.

    There are a lot of prebuilt sections in the theme. But when I try to create a new footer (In Templates) using BeBuilder , It only shows 4 to 5 footer options in the prebuilt sections, the rest of them are not accessible. I can add single elements in or above the footer but can't add prebuilt sections other than those 4-5 footer designs

    There is no more footer layouts, we did not make more then that yet.

    We have plans to make more of them but for now we have our TODO list order.
