As you can see it seems that switching from live builder to classic leads to issues in saving page/post update.

Any suggestion?

Can you tell me, if that page is displaying correctly when not using the preview?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
