White screen of pages

Hello.

I check the website and there is White screen on home and other pages.

I check and WordPress is auto-update to 6.1.

I check on the BEtheme section on Themeforest and see that the theme support 6.0.

Please:

  1. Tell me why this issue is happening?
  2. How to resolve it?
  3. How I can deactivate WordPress Auto-update?

    Hello,

    It looks like the problem is with the latest WP version (6.1) and older BeTheme version.

    To fix that, you have to get into the FTP, remove old directory of BeTheme and upload the latest one from the themeforest, after that you will get your wp-admin work correctly.
