Header template editor not working

Hi, I get this error when I try to edit a header template.

(I have updated to newest version)

Hello,

Please, go to Settings -> General, and ensure that you have the correct URL address (if you have an SSL certificate ensure that you have https there).

Also, please go to Settings -> Permalinks, and if you have the Permalink structure set to Plain, change it to any other.
