Revolution slider not the first to show when opening the page

Hello,

I'm using the revolution slider in my homepage. But whenever I first open the website in a fresh browser, the first thing I see is not the top rev slider. but It open to show the section below it (as screenshot). I have to scroll up to see the rev slider. Please help.

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Before that, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, see if the same thing happens with another theme like Twenty Twenty.
