Problems in my THEME

Hi,

I am confused why I find some problems these days. I develop the Momento website last year but after One year the client tell me the theme has a lot of Errors that I can't find why these have happened.

I attached this file which my client sent to me and I hope you could help me?

    Please, do not share login credentials publicly on the forum. Instead, hen they are needed, I will ask you to send a private message.

    However, I have checked your website.

    1) The logo shows correctly in chrome with the newest version (107.0.5304.107).

    2) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> Products list and check if you have it activated there.

    3) Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    4) This part comes from WooCommerce. About this question, you should search through the WooCommerce documentation or contact their support. https://woocommerce.com/documentation/

    5) Elementor CSS causes it. I have removed lines, including CSS from the Elementor, and this is how it looks without them:
