Theme update failed and made my website backoffice crush

Hi,

Last week, I made the update of the Betheme's theme of my wordpress website. It crushed, and the backoffice of the website is not accessible anymore. I have tried to restore the website to a version I saved before the update of the theme. It is still the same.

It is very urgent. Could you please assist me on that critical issue.

Thank you for your response.

I have a question: what version of betheme do I need to reinstall on my wordpress? The one I downloaded Envato market or a new version? If it is a new version where can I find it? Also since I re-install Betheme, what about the settings I chose when designing my website, will I need to redo everything again ?

You should install the package downloaded from Envato.

You will not lose any changes because all settings/options/data are stored in a database and not files.

It didn't work with the package that i downloaded from envato (this is the package I bought couple of month ago). I still have the same mistake : fatal error, with the memory run off...
