Error installing theme

I have followed all your help instructions, downloaded the install files only, tried installing it through wordpress and the panel, upped the memory.

This is the error

Unable to find asset "betheme" with sourceId "2" and ownerGuid "f12be1d9xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

I dont know if the ownerGuid is supposed to match my purchase code but it doesn't. Can you help me get this installed please.

ok got the theme installed, but the images are there but not showing, all else is fine. They are not displaying in the media section either.
