Cannot use recently purchased theme that was properly deregistered

Hi,


I purchased a theme from you on the 19th of November. Bluehost host improperly uploaded an SSL that caused the sites images to break so I tried to replace the images. However, all of the images in the themes library were just white files. The images were no longer on the backend of wordpress. So I properly deregistered the theme first, then uninstalled wordpress. When I reinstalled wordpress onto the bluehost account and tried to reregister the theme, it said its already in use. But, it was deregistered so it should still be usable. I have provided all of the attachement for your reference. Please provide me with a new purchase code that I can use please.

    Please, do not share your license key on the forum as others can see it.

    Please send us WordPress dashboard access and your license key privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
