Sidebar missing

Hi,

I have created a sidebar (Aktuelles) as described in the instructions, added widgets there and am now trying to place them on my page. On the "Aktuelles" page, I have selected the layout and the sidebar. However, the sidebar is not displayed on the page?

I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme installed on your website. Please, update it, and check if the problem persists.

If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I have carried out the update, but it has done nothing. I have just sent out the login data.
