Review snippet disappears from the footer code after a few days

I recently included a review snippet in the footer, however it has now automatically disappeared again for the second time. Of course, it may be that this also has to do with the review provider, however, I thought I'd ask here if this could also be a problem with the theme.

    I'm talking about this snippet in the footer, at the very bottom of the page (see screenshot 1). It enables a rich snippet in the Google search results (see the star rating in screenshot 2). Unfortunately, it has happened twice now that this snippet has simply disappeared from the code again and I wonder if this could have something to do with the theme or if it is due to the review provider where I took the code for the snippet.
