Theme update

Hi, my website was developed by someone who originally used their licence. I have purchased my own licence and have tried to activate but it won't work.

I click the 'de-register' licence and it says completed, but each time I refresh the page it shows the old licence still so won't let me add my new one or update.

Please, download a fresh copy of Betheme from ThemeForest, install it, and try to register it then.

If after that you will still not be able to register your license key, please send us WordPress dashboard access and license key privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

If I do this will it delete the customisations we have done?

It will not remove your customizations because it is stored in the database.

Remember that you can always create a backup of your website, for what I suggest using the Duplicator plugin.
