Contact form element issue

Hi, stupid question but I can't solve it: I'm trying to insert the contact form but I can't place it inside the page in any way, neither through the builder items nor through the shortcodes.

I installed design 3 layout importing all data and i'm using BeBuilder and Contact form 7.

Hi,

You need to put the Contact Form shortcode in the Column Text element.

Thanks for your fast reply! I think there is some problem with the template: when I import the contents of design3 I see the form, but as soon as I change something and save, the #contacts section disappears.

I tried to do several tests by restoring the basic version of the theme but this happens every time.

How can I fix? I'm wasting a lot of time and I risk being late with the delivery of the project :(

You have a low max input time and max input vars values set on your server.

Please, contact your hosting provider to increase these values:

• max input time to at least 180
• max input vars to at least 5000
